| [Help] DSL Problems I was gone for a few weeks, and when I came back my connection is totally messed up. Websites do not load from the first try or are loaded incompletely or rather slowly. It's as if the connection is fluctuating because now and then websites do load normally, however for the majority of the time it does not work. Also, instant messaging programs such as Skype and MSN work fine.
I am using Planet Internet/KPN ISP in The Netherlands and an E-Tech router. The problem is prevalent throughout the whole network and is not limited to an individual computer.
I ran the line quality test and got these results:
