Only one really worth using is the Sony brand model, because there is no IR sensor for the PS3 so that you could use a universal remote that most standard home theater equipment would have used.

Pretty much all (or most) the others have to use a USB dongle in order to fake the IR support so that their remotes could be used (likely because they didn't want to have to pay for the Bluetooth usage, or then retro-make a driver so that it would work on the PS3, and probably pay Sony some kind of royalty to make their remotes no longer price-competitive).

Anyways, the simple suggestion is to stick with the official one.
