Bose V30

I just recently purchased a Bose V30. The problem I am experiencing is that each time I turn the power off, I lose video but have audio. To correct this, I need to unplug the unit from the power source, plug it back in then turn it on to get video.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions?
