Error 511 Escalated Listing on yahoo - blacklisted?

Hello,
in the last couple of days I can´t send emails to one address getting this failure notice back:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at yahoo.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

195.168.1.43 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 511 Escalated Listing (Spam or Spam Support) See: »www.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml?68.142.207.248
Giving up on 195.168.1.43.

Does anybody know what can I do about it? I receive this just from this one email address (who can receive emails from other yahoo addresses).

Who is here blacklisted and where?!?
