Help with Meru and Intel 2100 or Cisco 350 cards connecting

Our school has went with Meru for wireless and were in the process of setting it up. We bought 28 T41 Ibm laptops with three different wireless cards (mini PCI) cards in them. Not by choice, we would have liked them all to be the same.

The Laptops with the Accon MiniPCI connect great with no problems.

The Intel 2100 3b, and the Cisco 350's will not connect. They both pick up the signal, they know it's encrypted, but will not connect.

When I attempt to connect it first asks for the network key. After entering it I wait for around 1 min and it comes back to the "wireless networks are available" screen. Also if we remove the security, the laptops see that it's unsecured now, but after clicking connect it stalls for about 1min and returns to the normal screen like nothing has been clicked.

These two different cards will connect to a normal netgear wireless router with no problems so I really think it's something with Meru.

I have tried different drivers, firmware, and even different laptop bios es with no luck. Also, these have Win XP Pro Some with SP3 and I have even tried SP1.

Questions:

1. Is there a list of network cards that are not compatible with Meru that I can get?

2. Any ideas? or good places to dig deeper?

OK, So I found out that If I set my AP's to 802.11b I can get the cisco to connect, but still not the intel. Anyone have experience in this area?
