They have "soft" caps but are looking for massive Bittorrent users. Cox said, "We don't enforce caps except on users that do like 1 TB of transfer a month; if you 'average' 100 gigs a month, we don't care--some of use techs and managers (he was the GM) use 300-500 gigs a month. Plus, we don't want to lose triple play customers like you to cellphones and other providers." If you have triple play, I doubt they'll ever touch you; they don't want to lose all the business. Something the other providers should figure out. Caps enforced equals dumping all their service not just the one! Knology doesn't have caps either.<br><small>--<br>Saving the world keeps me busy. I just checked (IFITL here) and U-Verse is not available yet (unincorporated Miami-Dade County).<br><br>I wouldn't switch anyways, last I heard, to get U-Verse Internet you have to get TV too. ]]></description>

I wonder if all those IFITL customers will get upgraded? AT&T calls me daily to get me to move back from Cox to them. I just use their $400 cashback offer to get a Cox discount.
