Shooting For A Cause: Photobook Pricing Poll

We need to figure out how much we should donate to NCMEC for each photobook sold.

One wrinkle is that we are now trying to decide whether or not print a "photobook" versus a "book". So I'm going to make this a double-poll. First, if you haven't already, please read »Shooting For A Cause: Another (cheaper) photobook option to get caught up on the "book/photobook" discussion and answer the poll here: »Shooting For A Cause: Photobook Type Poll

Next, the final pricing will be based on the base cost of the books ($50.45 for hard cover photobook, $40.45 for soft cover photobook, $18.38 for hard cover book, $14.88 for soft cover book) plus 125% of the NCMEC donation. (The extra 25% goes to LuLu.com for their commission.)

Remember, that the photobooks will have *all* of the calendar photos in them, plus 16 bonus photos (4 for each category). It hardly seemed fair to me that someone would buy a book with all of the photos and end up donating only $5 to NCMEC. However, we don't want to jack up the price too much. Therefore:

How much should be donated to NCMEC per photo book sold?
$15 6 (42.8%)
$10 5 (35.7%)
$5 2 (14.2%)
$20 1 (7.1%)
$25 0 (0%)
$30 0 (0%)
Other (post amount below) 0 (0%)

Ok, it looks like we're going to add $15 to the price. Combined with the other poll's "Normal book" winner, it looks like the prices will be $37.13 for the hard cover and $33.63 for the soft cover.
