I have been using Treewalk with OpenDNS forwarders for quite some time now. I would hunt for a low latency forwarder, but OpenDNS has been very reliable, so I don't bother anymore.
Treewalk still doesn't have an approved Windows Vista version out, though some have got it to work with Vista.

I used to use Treewalk with xp but found I no longer need it. Between DNS caches in the browser(FF) and in the OS(Vista) and the high availability and reliability of OpenDNS, I found I just didn't need Treewalk to resolve domains quickly.

I found I just didn't need Vista, to do a lot of things quickly.
