Post the URL for the New Tweak Test. For the TWO Speakeasy Tests, Copy and Paste the speed results from those tests and note the speed from the FTP download test.

speed stays in the 90kb/s range and keeps going down.

I changed the mtu and all that and rebooted and on the tweak test it still shows it 1454 i changed it to 1500 like u told me is there a way i can go into the registry and do it? yeah i know i wont see perfect streaming but something is better than nothin, I appreciate u lettin me know bout that im not skilled on all this just computer hardware and some software just not tweakin lol.. Yes, speed will vary by distance, Internet traffic, route, etc. The coax to the MODEM is not going to affect your speed (assuming a normal length).

With your line rate, don't expect to see perfect streaming. It is just too low. Also, the site hulu.com is subject to traffic and this will effect the speed of the stream.

Set Windows Scaling, Time Stamping, Selective Acks, Path MTU Discovery, Black Hole Detection to Default.

Leave Max Duplicate Acks and TTL Blank

Using the drop-down menu in The Doctor set your NIC’s (Ethernet adapter’s) MTU to 1500.

Save/Exit DrTcp

Reboot
