| Yeah, full scale deployments rarely fall in line with the press release that says it is available in your market.
Seriously, by the logic of most of the marketing and PR types out there, its available in a market even if just a fraction of people can get it in a given market. If you find that annoying, just image the poor sales, support and billing guys having to field calls telling people that it isn't available.
