Most of or all of these issues for as far as I know, one example is Lotus Note's Domino Web Access 6.0 was patched AGES ago and the IT crew is probably just too lazy to use WSUS to install IE7 on everyone's computer.

All of the computers I use or have fixed/worked on all run either IE7 or Firefox 3 or both.
