| Awful Latency to MySpace
AWFUL latency tonight to MySpace. VZ really needs to ditch Limelight for routing - they're so shitty.
Every other provider uses L3 to MySpace.

| I'd agree with ditching Limelight, but they probably have peering agreements with them, unless Limelight owns the datacenter MySpace is in, then Verizon might be trying to turn the data over to them as soon as possible. LimeLight networks is more or less a content delivery system, like Akamai or Go, not a backbone provider. Level 3 is a backbone provider, so that may explain the shotty latency. Everything on Verizon's stuff is fine though. |
