I have to be honest with everyone.. The way i see it with comcast's on line chat, i think it is fake.. I have called several times to get my service fixed and every time they say they are sending a signal to my modem or digi box it never works.. When i call them direct it always works. So i wonder if these on line tech's are for real or just there to be there, you decide
