netgear wgr614 v5 ip conflict with westell 6100

I reset my westell 6100 and netgear WGR614 v5 router tom factory default. Since they both use the ip address of 192.168.1.1 I cant access the netgear router to change the ip range. When I disconnect the router i can access the internet. But when both are connected i cannot access the router to configure it.Can anyone help me thanks

first unplug your dsl modem from the network
to open the router page ,open internet explorer and type type the address www.routerlogin.com/basicsetting.htm
step1:so you will have only computer connected directly to the lan port of the netgear router
step2:now login to the router page with the help pf 192.168.1.1
hint username:admin
password:password(default password)
step3:in the lsft side of the blue screen in router page ,you will have lan set up ,click on it and then change the ip address in the range of 192.168.2.1
staring ip address as 192.168.2.2 and ending 192.168.2.51
and click apply
hint:you will get a message like page cannot be displayed
and after you get the same page again on you computer screen after updating .switch the router and
step4:now connect the modem to the network
step5:you should connect your westell modem to the wan port of the router and switch on the modem and wait for a minute and then switch on therouter wait for a minute
step5:now get into the router page using the ip addres 192.168.21
and in the left side of the blue screen in router page ,you will find router status down to maintance check for the wan ip address and check whether you are able to go online
if you are able to go online reply here in this forum.
