Lots of villages, towns and cities do prohibit such parties. Just beware, if you hold such a party at a private residence, you "could" be in for some trouble. <br>Try some bars outside but near Oswego and see what they say. <br><small>--<br>Train Yourself To Relax...Ride The New Haven Railroad!
