Was not till fairly recently that in Ohio you can go to any DMV and renew tags otherwise you had to go to any DMV in the county you lived in. Key West is small, and actually tax/plate office is 5 blocks away... so never tried online for that.... just took the LONG expired plates to the office.<br><br>  AND NO PENALTY FOR NOT SURRENDERING THEM THERE TECHNICALLY IS SUPPOSED TO BE. The county offices are closed when I get home.<br><br>I have three tags I have to renew. Two trailers and a motorcycle. Can I renew my tags from a different county?
