Exactly. I just don't see how they can compete without gross compression and slow internet speeds.

I have Dish, had Comcast. Never had to take 20 seconds to change a channel. With Comcast it's instant and Dish about two seconds.

I understand Comcast is having some compression issues itself right now, but they still offer as many HD sets as you're willing to get a tuner for. I have a vastly better picture and more HD channels with Uverse then I ever had with Comcrap or Wow.
