How did he leave it with you?<br>Was he getting a bad signal outside at the box?<br><br>Normally that should then be escalated to the line crew.<br><br>As far as credit goes..my experience has been that they'll credit you for your downtime. <title>Service Issue</title>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/657201"><b>angryviper</b></A> : This issue started saturday night.<br><br>My momdem will display all the lights, however the internet will no load.  A quick power cycle of the modem and the modem can not come back online.<br><br>Called tech support they said an issue with the junction box outside.<br><br>Tech came out today, said samething, an issue outside. <br><br>It has been 4 days since  the issue started for me, and my next door neighbor has been having the issue for a week now.<br><br>Does anyone have a phone number to someone at Comcast? I would love to give them an earfull.<br><br>Anyone know if I can charge back my payments from Comcast due to crappy service?<br><br>When I run a ping to www.comcast.net out of 1000 packets, roughly 5% of them drop.]]></description>
