| reply to Beringse I just switched from Qwest to Wave here in Bremerton. Got on a promotional deal for $29.95 a month for a year 6MB/down 1MB/up. Half the rated download speed or less at best anywhere (exception Seattle good, San Francisco 2/3). Is this normal?
As I remember DSL didn't seem to degrade as much, the farther away your check point got. |

Hope they do you well!
We have Qwest at the office in Sequim and cant get Wave. Wish we could...
The larger coax has less rf loss at the higher frequencies. |

| Second day with Wave here in Sequim, the speeds are pretty fast. During install the techs ran a new thicker gauge line from the outside pole which helped the pipe I guess. Slowest times are from 4-7 PM avg 9, fastest are early AM avg 11 (using wireless connection). -- Leos rule! |
