Extensions suddenly not working

Click for full size
All my extensions just suddenly stopped working one day. I can't even uninstall them. You can see that I tried to uninstall ad-block plus, but it just won't go away.

If what Lanik told you doesn't work try using a new profile. Under the short cut for Firefox on the start menu, right click on Firefox and select properties. Under the target box add a space and -profilemanager after the last quotation mark. Click OK, then click the Firefox shortcut and when the menu comes up, create a new profile....

Thank you. Deleting those files fix the issue.... mostly. The problem I having is that I'm running Firefox on a roaming profile, with a laptop that is sometimes off-line. My profile seems to get lost, or damaged occasionally. Some times an extension will work on one computer, but not another.
