Why did Comcast decide to be part of Twitter?

This is really an evolution of our e-care efforts and our commitment to do a better job of listening and communicating with our customers. We made a decision to join the conversation with our customers openly and transparently. By reading various blogs, we can learn about customers’ issues and help resolve them in real-time. Our customers are telling us it’s making a real difference.
