When it comes to a Port of your number we have no control over how fast or slow it takes for the number to be ported. We put in a request to have it ported and a 3rd party company takes it from there and ports the number from your other company to Vonage. It can take 2 days it can take 2 weeks it just depends. |

| Yes....I understand that. However, that was not the issue. Since you have no control over how fast or slow a number is ported, Vonage should ship their equipment to you faster, so you do not have a few days lack of phone service. That is what I was getting at in my review. Thanks.
