That's exactly the modem I have from the times with RoadRunner. I have rebooted it several times (along with my router) and the upload is still stuck around 360 Kbps  :( What could be wrong? I have called several times tech support and they keep saying we have 'fixed' it and now try ... I live in the Seabrook area<br><br>Any help would be appreciated.]]></description>
