Nor do their technical support folks. When I try to call them on the toll free support line, I only get two options, press 1 for billing or 2 for sales. Where is tech support? I tried the ATT tech support chat, they told me that they couldn't help me because I have BellSouth Fast Access. I've had to solve all of my own problems using the BBR informational posts and tools. Shame on you ATT, you really don't care about your customers.  |
