[Opera] Opera 9.5 address bar history gone

On the address bar, the dropdown menu is inactive and shows nothing but the current url. I can type in part of a url and select it, so the history is there somewhere. Tried typing in new urls, but still only the current one is available in the dropdown menu. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks; Ed.

Re: Opera 9.5 address bar history gone

Under Tools/Preferences click the Advanced Tab and choose History from the left side menu.

If the number in the drop down under "Addresses" shows 0, change it to another value and click OK.

Thanks; but it still shows 500. There is a history out there somewhere, but I can't get it to display on the address bar dropdown.

Go to opera:config

Search for the setting "Auto Dropdown" and check the box to enable it.

That should work.
