You're obviously not an IT admin, or a part of IT, or you'd know what we really do all day.

He's just mad because the IT admin wont let him install Utorrent or minesweeper on his machine, and doesnt come right away when he calls because his keyboard is "broken again" (maybe you should stop spilling drinks on it).
