There was an August 7 "Deadline" for patching then some ass hat decided to release the exact problem early.  Large ISPs have more than a few DNS servers and probably do not have a large army of DNS admins.  Due to the large number of DNS servers large ISPs use it's going to take them some time test and patch all of their servers.]]></description>
