Can someone please tell me why they even bother with 30mbps+ with CAPS?
Rate and quantity are not necessarily directly related. If they raise the speed limit on the road I take to work, it doesn't mean that I drive further to go to work -- it means my trip to the office is completed faster.
And also you can go more places that you need to go in that time. Why make it a toll road?
