And like almost every company their size they frequently hire outside specialized counsel under certain circumstances. So there is no guarantee here that in house counsel will be all that is used.

You don't think Comcast knew they might be sued for implementing caps without disclosure. They knew how much they'd make and how much any potential lawsuits would cost them, and they went ahead with the plan. They made the bed, now they have to sleep in it. | |

SO the better alternative is to just take it on the chin when your contractual rights have been violated? The plaintiff didn't create the cause of action.

I'd rather companies be up front with what they're giving you - even if that means it's no longer "unlimited".
