said by cybercrimes:what will the customers do that been cut off from concast. I imagine it will be similar to what would happen if securities fraud were found (I am NOT saying this is the case, only an analogy).
In the case of stock class actions, the class period will be for a certain period of time, and anyone who owned the stock during that time would be eligible, regardless of if they still did own it. So, if anyone was a sub during that time, even if they aren't now, I would think they would be eligible. I am not sure what info would be required. |
