 "City fee" for Marine World

Vallejo is charging a 2.5% city fee on top of ticket sales. I haven't seen any other theme park do this. Do they also have an add on fee if you go to a McDonalds in Vallejo? Anyone know how long this has been going on? Since the bankruptcy?

I have only been to Marine World once. I assume they must be charging some sort of fee on food and beverage sales.

I have never paid as much - anywhere - for meals. The food prices were a major factor in deciding to never go back.

2.5% on the price of a ticket pales in comparison.

$15 for parking as well. I'm glad they had this city fee listed on the flier. I started looking into other fees they had and I have no more interest in making a trip out there.

I actually enjoyed watching the giraffes eating their 5-gallon bucketsicles.

Unfortunately, it made me hungry for another $8.95 burger.
