| Thank you for the links. It's really easy to send encrypted mail using X.509 certificate.
There're some questions though - what will happen to email box containing encrypted emails when certificate expires (in a year?) Do those encrypted emails will be accessible then? Should I decrypt all mails before certificate expires? Or is there an option to automatically save all emails in the mail box unencrypted even if they were sent / received using encryption? And finally, I guess all attachments will be encrypted as well, won't they?
I think the answers to those questions should be clear before one starts using this method. -- Keep it simple, it'll become complex by itself... |
