| VOD issues with STB and DVR
I am having a couple of issues with VOD.
1) With the Moto DVR when you select a movie / show you get a good deal of noise along the left side of the screen. Regular TV and recorded TV are fine. It only happens with VOD
2) Another box (STB) when using VOD movie or shows stop about 10 minutes into the program. A VOD_14 error appears but you can still go back in and pick-up where it left off.
Any ideas on what may be going on? Software or hardware issues?
