Re: New features and CALL BLOCKING added I have a hard time time finding any value in this new plan.
For an extra $10/month, over the current Residential Premium Unlimited Plan, you get ...
1) Vonage Companion Softphone - You can already use the VonageTalk softphone with any existing account, for free. »alpha.vonage.com/vtalk Value $0.00.
2) 25 Vonage Visual Voicemail(R) Messages - So, that's a potential $6.25 value (based on the $0.25/message on the existing plans).
3) 25 411 Directory Assistance Calls - WHO actually calls 411?! Value $0.00. (Standard rate, $0.99 per call for each 411/Directory Assistance call)
4) Selective Call Block - Based on the press release, this is a softphone specific feature, not on the entire account. Also, I cannot find any mention of Selective Call Block on the website.
5) Vonage Contact Center - They are already giving this away for free (at least for now). »cb.beta.vonage.com/ Value $0.00 |
