OK, a few weeks ago I talked to a support person and she said I could get Starz free for a month as part of a promotion, I asked her if she was sure about this because hey, I want Starz free for a month and she even said if I wanted to cancel I need to call before August 8th unless I wanted to keep the service and she also said I would only have to pay $1.99 for the change of service for this month. OK, so now I get my bill and there is Starz 19.95, not only that but they also charged me partial month so she charged me twice. When I called to complain they put me on hold for legit 30 minutes and than the head guy came on and said the lady must have been misinformed. WHAT??!! I told him to take the charge off and he was very rude and wouldn't. I am really thinking of calling corporate and letting them have it. Luckily for me, I have the chat saved. |
