However, there needs to be better management done to this network. It's a well thought out idea, with bad planning. It needs to be properly marketed as subscriber numbers are low. Also, they'd fair better by ridding themselves of all caps, for all tiers. Then, they could use this as a marketing tool and acquire people from other ISPS. Let's face it, people need to be educated on why 15-50mbit is better than what they got now. You average joe just assumes being on the internet is fine, so long as he or she longs on. They don't know that better speeds can make for a better experience. |
