Both contract techs say the line between the main and the NID needs to be replaced. The AT&T techs don't agree. Probably because it's under ground and they don't want to dig it up to fix it. After several calls to support got him no where, he called me, I got the right people on the phone, and after SEVERAL hours without service, it was restored. :uhh:<br><small>--<br>RIAA/MPAA... I have never had to wait when I called customer support for an issue. When they had to send someone out they said they would be there in less than 2 hours and they showed up in 40 minutes and fixed the issue. Try that with ATT.<br><br>Oh did I mention they are a lot less expensive!<br><br>Their customer service on the business side is great.]]></description>
