said by Network Guy  :Right, that would be Lightpath, which in my experience they were great. The clueless fucks on the residential product offering are what they are... clueless Correct!
My brother was advised to swap out his voice modem by CV support at the local walk-in center due to problems with their connection dieing.
Problem was that they NEVER ported over the home number to the new modem. After several calls to support got him no where, he called me, I got the right people on the phone, and after SEVERAL hours without service, it was restored.
