And since when should business change the way it does business to accomadate them? I find the people that defend pirates usually are pirates. |

When technology changes and other forms of product distribution is available, it would be wise for a business to distribute product through these new technological channels.
Why is it that record stores are going out of business? Because people want music fast and easy. People dont want to leave their houses anymore to buy things. They want it delivered via the net. When i say delivered by the net i mean a simple and easy way to pay for content. -- Religion does three things quite effectively: Divides people, Controls people, Deludes people. |

Seriously what kind of loser is proud they make so little money( assuming they even have a job ) that they have to pirate? Minimum wage is $6.55 and hour. Even on that you can afford a song or DVD. Sometimes convience will make people pirate. In fact, im pretty sure of that. -- Religion does three things quite effectively: Divides people, Controls people, Deludes people. |

And how long has that taken for these sites to get up off of the ground. Hummm... Dont see many sites that offer movies either. -- Religion does three things quite effectively: Divides people, Controls people, Deludes people. |

I can't afford a 50 inch HDTV so heck I'll just take it. Fact is if you can afford a computer and you can afford internet service and if you can afford to have a blu-ray player you can afford to pay for the damned blu-ray movie. |

Did I say I download Blu-ray movies? Nope. I have Netflix. But you said $5 for a movie, and I asked for an example. |

I can tell it is NOT more convenient to us p2p to download a movie than it is to go to Amazon.com and buy a digital download of the same movie. FACT. And everyone lives near a wal-mart and goes there at least once a week so it's not inconvenient when you are already going there to pick up a DVD. |
