Yeah, this is an interesting issue for sure. What you're saying is that the FCC's neutrality principles prevent an ISP from prohibiting any sort of activity in their TOS, and I don't think that's right.
There's a difference between selectively deprioritizing certain traffic that you haven't forbidden by policy, and clearly prohibiting its use in your TOS which users agree to when they sign up. -- Laser eye surgery rocks! I love frickin' laser beams.
