What you're saying is that the FCC's neutrality principles prevent an ISP from prohibiting any sort of activity in their TOS, and I don't think that's right. Martin claims that blocking or deprioritizing a method of access(protocol?) is against the FCC principles. We'll see if he enforces that across the board.
