andyb you have never helped anyone fix anything. I have done the bell thing on elgin street for a long time....got handed a nortel modem on hotel de ville and said good luck......bleh bleh bleh...this is a bell internal issue that is totally double charging me. they fix it or the press takes another shot at bell and the way it runs things....you think this is an issues wait till the 2500 bean counters that are getting laid off start to talk....im so a drop in the bucket...

It's more likely that no one has noticed the problem. It's not like someone manually reviewed millions of accounts every month to ensure the billing is correct.

That being said, mistakes happen. If you don't want to have it resolved quickly and efficiently, then don't register an account.

If you do want it resolved quickly and efficiently, then register and PM me your account info.

Bell, or any other company for that matter, can't help anyone who isn't willing to help themselves.

Manually no, but how much are Bell and many other large LECs paying Amdocs to write the s**t software you run?

i guess this could be an annomly...point is a company the size of bell should not be double dipping clients in this manner....your hitting me for 4 services.....and hitting me twice for modem rental when i cant even use the modem.......

bell canada is billing me for a modem that i returned to them that can t be used in a vdsl situation....

your threatening to hijack my credit rating etc.....im so getting pissed over this scenario......you fix this deadpool or im gonna so take this to the press I dont need to register anything this is a bell creadet situation......the bad press from this will hurt bell so bad i have it in clear test your asking me ot pay for modem rental and the dvsl box......the fact your defending this is pushing me to react over the 2 bucks a month if i dont see a clear situation form the company i pay 4 services to bye the end of the month....im so going to the press with this ....i give you 4 services a month and you nickle and dime me over a modem rental for a service thta cant use the modem......your pissing off a 4 bundle client bell

Though I agree an eror in billing should be brought up with them ASAP, billing woes are far too frequent with 'ma bell.

In the industry, getting billing right, I mean "forensic accounting right" is not an option for most of us. And though I recieve service and utility bills from at least 6 other sources. 7 times out of 7 in the last 20 years errors were made by Bell (or sympatico)

Not once have I had an isu with any other creditor/service supplier. I mean, for crying out loud the pizza delivery guy has been more accurate. It's frankly scary.

I know I'm starting something that cannot be finished. But I cannot help but wonder how much money is in Bell's coffers that belongs to someone else.

No doubt there is lots and I'm sure rogers etc is the same.But its customers like the post above yours that threatens and threatens but is to scared to give them his name so they can fix it.They cant fix if they don't know who you are but he don't get that part.The more times they have to fix something maybe they will put a system in place to prevent this from happening.

listen andyb lets be clear you have not ever helped anyone with anything.

i can pick up the phone and get something done on elgin street tomorrow if I decide to.

this is a situation that needs to be cleared up as a billing situation .....

grow up andyb you have no contacts you cant help anyone this is something i ll get dealt with and as usual you cant help....

bell is billing me twice, its on paper and they will be accountable for it....you have no input in this situation just go away its on paper bell is asking me for money for two hardwares....they dont work together.....

hey new2vdsl. when deadpool means register an account, its with this site (dslreports.com). you are personally overreacing in abig way, and from what I have read in this thread (both pages) there isn't much to overreact from.

Also how is Deadpool threatening to jack your credit? the only thing i know that was jacked was this thread (you should apologize to the original poster of this thread).

Also why are you attacking Andyb on page 1? what did he do to deserve that?

remember the hell bell's billing went through 5 years back when they switched systems? I do. thing's are much better now.

nobody said deadpool would threaten my credit...those are your words...not mine...i ll take him up on his offer and email him directly...thanks for your well thought out input into the situations....things still remain that bell is charging me for a modem for dsl and 5 bucks for the vdsl box....read all the posts pls next time

Too late
Due to lack of proper phone support and crappy service tech you/Bell lost customer. ROFL

I suggest this person sends a Bill to Bell for all time lost, work lost and any other inconveniences. It is customary to add zero to whatever Bell sends you then add your losses.

I charge companies $100 to $300 per call outside of first call, $30 to $80 per hr in lost time [for homes], damages such as disconnecting security is about $5,000 per day and you can figure out lost work.
