Having problem with Internet Speed

Hi Guys,

Yesterday i cal TS to report a lost conection with one of my accounts and few hours later both lines were working good but i got one problem, my internet speed have to be 5Mbps/800Kbps each one, both are running but i only getting this:

I know i will never get full speed but this is too slow for two internet running at the same time, i have MLPPP configured in my router and both are running right now, here some outputs from my router:

Both accounts are active so MLPPP is working.

Here both ADSL cards are running (Modem Status:Showtime), one of the lines have a profile 3Mbps/800Kbps and the other one 5Mbps/700Kbps so both are low, i'm getting a lot of errors, i'm not sure from who but i had DSL before and never had those errors, i'm using the same phone line i just add another line to get MLPPP.

Please, someone at TS can check this for me?.

Thanks in advance.

You appear to have two multilink bundles (on different gateways no less), so your two connections aren't bonded. Your traffic would then only go through the first one, which is 3/800.

And 2487/621 is perfectly consistent with the speeds you'd see on a 3/800 line.

Other than the obvious problem that your sync speeds are down, your multilink setup isn't correct (on your end) on top of that.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I don't work for TekSavvy.

Hi Gupaz,

Thank you for your comment but i think that is not the problem, i did some debbug in my router and i saw why i'm not getting MLPPP, sorry to said this but i think is not my end, what i'm 100% sure is that both bundle names have to be the same, the bundle names didn't match, check this out:

Check this out:

Here you can see it better, first virtual interface added to the bundle and when the virtual interface 2 is trying to add i got an error:

I'll try more debbugs and let you know.

Hi,

Guys from TS, i don't know what you did but now it's working, now i only have one Endpoint discriminator with both virtual interfaces on it, of course my speed increased, is not what i'm expecting but we're working on it, when you guys check my profile in both lines and get the result let see what happen.

Check this out:

Thank you Guys.

Getting the right endpoint is the client software's responsibility; if you're seeing two different ones, something is likely wrong with your config.

The problem is that we have 4 routers on our end and the PPP connection may end on different routers. Most of the time you'll end up on the same but if you don't, like Guspaz said, you need software to detect it.
