Re: Does it need a plan?? Yeah, that doesn't make much sense. If someone has coverage problems at home, they have to pay $100 + $5/mo? They should be using this as a tool to keep customers from leaving to a competitor that has better coverage in their home. At least, that's what I think. |
| Yeah, that would be the "right" thing to do, from both a customer service and business perspective. Unfortunately, Sprint (Wireless division) values neither, and will probably be out of business/merged/absorbed in the next year. |
