Here is a photo of my 2004 idea (as built by Stephane and his dad) installed on rooftop at Camp Fortune ski hill. »Re: rooftop sleds

FYI that thread has many other pictures and lots of advice.

I use this one for flat roofs, but that's may not waht you looking for. In one of the pic's you can see that the roof is protekted
against the installation with a "rubber mate" (dont now the english word for it) thats may interesting for your roof owner.

In our country people does:

putting cement to oil tin(Like 10L volume)
stick 1 between 2 metered IRON stick.

This is for uhf antennas. . But I think they are a little bit stupid(I'm sorry calling'em stupid) because that iron stick will oxidate when there is a rain. Man! Paint (or spray) that stick, and use anti-oxidate paints for iron.

When there's a storm or something powerful wind goes around that city. That antenna falls down. So it's not safety.

why don't you overflow that cement. So it can stick on roof. This is more safety solution.

you nerver rent a rooftop do you ??

If so you should now that it is always a hussle with the owners of a lokation that tehy are afraid that you damge the roof.

So flooding somethig with cement and atach direkt to the roof material is "nono" unless you will poo the owner.

This is why poeple always asking about selfstanding stuff
here.

and at least !!!OPEN Your EYES!!! thats all 5G stuff, you seethere, so they are very small and The windload is not much.

Sice of the sectors are Height 550 mm Width 100 mm x 20 mm
Sice of the 19 db Pannel is 165x165x35mm
Plate is 55Kg .

I thought that was your roof. You're right if it is not yours.

That would do nothing but make an install look like a mess. I am guessing you have never actually done a roof install on a building that someone else owns. Putting a hole in a roof for any reason is a bad idea, even if you think some silicone will keep it from leaking.

We will walk away from a job before putting a hole in someones roof. The hole will eventually leak and you will eventually get the blame.
