Recommedation for DSL provider in Atlanta with good customer

Now that Speedfactory is officially dead here in Atlanta, I am looking for a new DSL provider for my home (I use Nuvox in the office and wished they provided residential service). I am looking for someone that has good customer service, can host my web site and get my service up and running fast at home (my wife and kids are driving me nuts). Any recommendations?

After the whopper outage in April, I moved to DSCGA.COM, very happy with them.

I'm looking too, but my needs may be a little different -
I run DNS/SMTP/HTTP/etc at the house over the dsl, not co-lo'd, so I prefer static ip & no port blocking/shaping.

Other former speedfactory folks I've talked w/ seem happy
w/ Atlantic-Nexus & Abraxis.

Here's what I've found so far, feel free to add more:

Acceleration.net
$60 (verbal from after hours) 3/384 includes 1 static

Atlantic-Nexus
residential
$32.99 1.5/256 + $5 for 1 static, $10 for 2
$39.99 3.5/384 + $5 for 1 static, $10 for 2
business
$69.99 1.5/256
$79.99 3.5/384
modem $10 for cheapie, $60/70 for nice one.

Abraxis
has equiv plans to Speedfactory
$39.95 for 1.5/256, $49.95 for 3/384,
add $5 for 1 static, $10 for 5

Residential Comcast?
$60 dynamic, servers blocked

Business Comcast?
$80 phone, better than DSL speed, static, etc.
may have additional restrictions on services
$75 for 6/1 ($60 + $15 for static)

Covad
$140+ very slow business feed?

DSCGA.COM (Digital Service Consultants)
called, left message

You can add these two to the list as well:

NEGIA,Inc (North East Georgia Internet)
Tel: 706 546 5787

Snappydsl.net
Tel: (866) SNAPPYDSL ( 866-762-7793)

(Static Ip's, no port blocking, no issues with servers)
