Bill Payment System Issues

I think something is wrong with their payment system. Maybe you & I aren't the only ones?

I have paid comcast via electronic check TWICE in the past month and both times they claim it was returned. This was two different payments (for the same amount) from two different banks. Come on Comcast what is wrong with your system? AND THEY CHARGED ME $25 a pop for "returned check fee."

This is BS I had PLENTY of money in either account to cover the EFT. AND there is no way I got routing & account #s wrong BOTH times.

Sorry to thread-hijack but I saw your comment about the bill and it got me thinking.

Now I have to call Comcast AGAIN in the morning. ARGH!
