Spotty Cell Phone service of course means you'll either deal with dropping signal OR you'll go to Satellite with their daily FAP (despite the latency plagued uplink). Simple as that. |

Yep, Frontier can eat my dust. I'm going back to dialup and I'll get a Netflix sub to help ease the pain of withdrawing from iTunes movie rentals and TV show purchases. I'm going to revive a dialup account I had with a Frontier competitor until last year. If I can't download my TV shows and movies from iTunes, who needs high speed internet for email and a peek at the text-only versions of a couple of news sites? Not me! I'll save money on the switch back. |
