The Chinese are smart and they know full well there is nothing the IOC can do to them.  It is not as if the IOC will pick up the games and move them somewhere else.  If anything, it is the IOC that looks stupid for honestly thinking the Chinese would change for the games.<br><small>--<br>I support the right to keep and arm bears.</small>]]></description>
