Hi,
I'm in need of signing up for an ISP in Toronto without getting a landline. I've looked at places like 3Web and their prices are fine but it appears like they require a landline.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

North York, ON		 No, 3Web doesn't need a landline for cable. For DSL, you will need to pay costs of a dry loop ( ~ $10 a month additional). This pretty much goes for any other DSL ISP.

www.canadianisp.com, choose Toronto and Dry DSL and search for all ISPs.
